VASCO Data Security International Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2010. For the quarter, the company reported net revenue of $24,742,000 compared to $24,458,000 a year ago. Operating income was $1,576,000 compared to $1,352,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $1,781,000 compared to $2,723,000 a year ago. Net income was $1,085,000 or $0.03 diluted per share compared to $2,042,000 or $0.05 diluted per share a year ago. EBITDA was $2,248,000 compared to $3,235,000 a year ago. For the six months ended June 30, 2010, the company reported net revenue of $48,656,000 compared to $47,633,000 a year ago. Operating income was $2,300,000 compared to $6,074,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $2,636,000 compared to $7,340,000 a year ago. Net income was $1,658,000 or $0.04 diluted per share compared to $5,505,000 or $0.14 diluted per share a year ago. EBITDA was $3,764,000 compared to $8,537,000 a year ago. The company is revising its guidance for the full-year 2010. Revenue growth of 5% to 10% for the full-year 2010 over full-year 2009, down from 15% to 20% announced at the end of the first quarter of 2010.
