The pharmaceutical company hold exclusive Canadian rights for the sale and distribution of a new type of IUD. The new product has been developed by a French company, and has remarkable improvements on current products marketed in Canada and the U.S. ICBS will act as consultants and financial partners with the pharmaceutical company to open the Canadian market. The company will also enter into talks with several companies in China and the Pacific rim. The company has recently received approval by the Canadian government for the sale of the IUD in Canada. The pharmaceutical company also has several other products which could become part of the agreement.

BIOSPEC Global Solutions Inc. and ICBS Ltd., announced that it will begin production of the new Aquasure Pro3000 for the U.S. and Canadian retail markets. The first production units are set to roll off the assembly line within six weeks.
