As of December 31, 2008, the company owned working interests in 958 net productive wells, and had estimated proved reserves of 108.5 billion cubic feet equivalents of natural gas and crude oil. It also has a 40% working interest in approximately 109,500 gross undeveloped acres surrounding or adjacent to its wells located in southeast Kentucky and northeast Tennessee. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Houston, Texas....
