Armada Data Corporation operates as a Web-enabled automobile information services company in Canada. It provides pricing data to institutional and retail customers on a fee-for-service basis, through developing, owning, and operating automotive related Web sites and providing information services to its clients. The company operates through five divisions: Insurance Services, Retail Services, Dealer Services, Auto Marketing Group Services, and Advertising/Marketing Services. The Insurance Services division sells total loss replacement vehicle reports to Canadian insurance companies. The Retail Services division consists of the sale of new car pricing data to consumers primarily through the company?s Web site, as well as the reselling of this new car pricing data to qualified third party vendors. The Dealer Services division offers new vehicle leads derived from membership sales from Car-Cost Canada. The Auto Marketing Group Services division involves in the administration of the CaaCarBuyer.ca Web site; and the building and maintenance of the National Dealer Network of 'CAA Authorized New Car Sales Centres' for the Canadian Automobile Association. The Advertising/Marketing Services division offers online third party Web site advertising and consulting services, as well as engages in car business related marketing activities. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada....

Arad Ltd. Signs 36 Million Contract with Southern Water for Water Meters

Arad Ltd. announced that it has signed a 36 million contract to water meters with Southern Water, after winning the tender two weeks ago. Under the tender terms, Arad will supply Southern Water 7.1 million worth of AMR water meters per year over five years, beginning in the second quarter of 2010. Southern Water has an option to buy more AMR water meters on the same terms over an additional five years.
