Brownstone Resources, Inc. has been in talks with prospective geophysical surveying companies to conduct a limited ground geophysics program on their L.S. Grande property. Brownstone also continues to pursue and evaluate other potential acquisition opportunities that could further enhance their portfolio while adding investor value.

Brownstone Resources Inc. received assay results from the final set of samples submitted from the 2008 drill program on the companies 'LS Grande' property, located in the Long Valley mining district of Arizona. The company plans to continue with the final portion of the phase one exploration and development program and will now conduct additional geophysical testing of the target area in an effort to better define the structure of the mineralized zone. The company has not yet chosen a start date. The company will endeavor to make public any and all updates and results from the LS Grande property as they happen, and in a timely manner.
